Sales Advisor

Lévis Chrysler is currently looking for a Sales Advisor!

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience;
- Strong interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet customers, build trust, and show a strong commitment to customer satisfaction;
- Help customers choose a vehicle by asking questions and carefully listening to identify their needs;
- Understand and explain equity, residual value, and the concept of depreciation to customers;
- Gather required information and complete all necessary documents for a sale;
- Follow up on sales and engage in prospecting;
- Other related duties may be assigned.

Job Title: Detailing and General Maintenance

Location: Lévis Chrysler

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Task Description:

Priorities:

• Drive customers in the morning, at noon, and end of day.
• Move customer vehicles from the service lane every morning.
• Retrieve cars parked at the gate during overnight drop-off.
• Daily tasks include:
• Empty old metal into the designated bin.
• Empty used oil and filter containers.
• Clean the tire balancing and mounting machines.
• Restock weight compartments daily.
• Set out and store tires for the next day.
• Jump-start and tow stalled vehicles in the lot.
• Transport new or used vehicles to subcontractors.
• Assist mechanics with brake bleeding, moving broken-down cars to lifts, and perform test drives as needed.
• Help the detailing department clean vehicles as needed to avoid delays based on vehicle sales and reconditioning demands.
• Perform other related tasks for the parts and service department.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license.
• Up-to-date forklift certification (training available).
• Resourcefulness and ability to multitask.
• Required qualities:
• Autonomy and initiative.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Good physical condition and energy for daily tasks.
• Excellent courtesy toward customers and a strong sense of service.
